The company possesses a hundred square meters of clean space for the process development of mRNA vaccines and the production of samples for animal experiments, managed according to the ISO9001 quality management system. This covers the entire production process from the establishment of a bacterial strain library, plasmid production and purification, mRNA synthesis and purification, to the filling of mRNA-LNP formulations.

The company has independently developed and manufactured LNP production equipment that meets GMP production requirements. Each piece of equipment can produce mRNA-LNP at a scale of 10ml to 100L per batch, with an mRNA encapsulation rate of >95% and an mRNA recovery rate of >99%.
