1. High-Performance Computing Capacity :

  • The Intelligent Information Department has three high-performance computing server nodes, equipped with over 400 CPU cores and advanced GPUs (including 2 H100s and 4 3090s), more than 4T of memory, and over 200T of storage space. This setup is among the leading configurations in domestic vaccine development companies and fully meets the current needs for algorithm development and application.

2. AI Models and Patent Achievements:

  • After nearly three years of research and development, the department has constructed AI models based on public data, focusing on predicting the immunogenicity of target epitopes. This method has applied for and obtained 3 patent authorizations and published a paper in 2022 titled "A Highly Effective System for Predicting MHC-II Epitopes With Immunogenicity". This method is leading in the industry, significantly improving the prediction rate of model animal experiments (close to 100%).

3. Cross-Species Antigen Target Prediction:

  • Independently developed a cross-species antigen target prediction method based on structural computation. Using the self-developed pocket occupancy analysis method, it precisely determines the binding strength between MHC2 and peptides, effectively predicting effective antigen segments for multiple species (left image). By comparing the current mainstream prediction methods and overlaying the self-developed screening and prediction process, Chengshi has established a balanced process of computing power and accuracy (right image).。

4. Chengshi's developed mRNA sequence optimization algorithm:

  • CSFOLD, takes into account various attributes of mRNA vaccines, balancing resistance to degradation and enhancing translation rate overall, achieving the goal of generating more amino acid sequences.Has significant advantages compared to the industry benchmark, LD.。
